The Board consists of service minded Professionals in various fields who are willing to give their valuable time and resources to realize Brhaddhvani's vision of "Achieving excellence in qualitatively sharing the best of traditions in Indian culture through connectivity in the universals in Carnatic music, with other Arts and Education"

In the past the Trustees included eminent Industrialists and professionals such as Viswanathan (Chairman, Enfield India), N. Kumar (Vice Chairman, Sanmar Groups), R. Seshasayee (Managing Director, Ashok Leyland), N. Padmanabhan (A leading Lawyer).

Currently the Board has a four part structure: A. The Executive Advisory members (experienced, senior management professionals and long term Trustees of Brhaddhvani), B. The Executive members (middle aged top management professionals), C. The Program Advisor members (Experienced middle aged Celebrity Artistes and Scholars), and D. The Program members (Artistes who are international celebrities).
